Web Site and Custom Orders:
Order any of the pieces seen on this web site, or if you need an extra special design, we welcome and encourage your custom order. Whether you need just one for a special occasion, or several for a group, just let us know. You can purchase pieces from our website by using our easy, safe & secure shopping cart right now. Or, you can print our order form and mail it, or, simply email us your order. Please include contact information and as much information about your order as possible.
Retail Outlets/ Wholesale Accounts:
Gift shops, Boutiques, Specialty shops, Florists, Rock shops…. YOUR SHOP!! If you are looking for fresh, new merchandise for your shop- we would love to work with you! Wholesale price is keystone of the listed retail price, with credentials, and minimum order. Please contact us for information about, or a copy of, our Wholesale Agreement.
Jewelry Parties:
Are you having an event, show, fund-raiser, or “Girls Night Out”? Tell us about it! Get more information and details on how Painted Pebbles can help with your special project by hosting a jewelry party. Plus, hostesses earn FREE jewelry! (At this time- booking parties in the Cheyenne area only- please.)

Painted Pebbles accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Card.
We do not recommend sending cash in the mail. Prices do not include shipping. Shipping costs will vary depending on weight and destination. On custom orders, or large quantities, please allow 2 – 4 weeks for completion and delivery. Wyoming residents need to add sales tax.
Return Policy:
Please keep in mind, no two pieces of jewelry are exactly alike, and that each one is handcrafted. Your stone, or beadwork, may vary slightly from those pictured, depending on materials available to us. If you are not satisfied with any item, you may return it for exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt. If any returned items have been used (or abused) full credit will not be given. Personalized items may not be returned- Sorry!

Privacy Policy: Painted Pebbles Handcrafted Jewelry respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your privacy. At times, we may collect personally identifiable information for our use in processing your order. We will not sell, or make available in anyway, your personal information to anyone, for any reason. Painted Pebbles may automatically receive and record information on our server logs, from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information, and the page(s) you visited, for statistical and marketing data.
Shipping and Delivery: Painted Pebbles ships via USPS. UPS and FED/EX are also available, however, shipping rates will vary. Most domestic orders will ship within 48 hours. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for delivery. Custom orders, or larger orders, please allow an additional 2 - 4 weeks for completion of the order and delivery. Please call or e-mail us for more information on special orders.
First time orders must ship to the credit card billing address. If paying with a money order, please allow up to 10 business days to clear our account, prior to us shipping your order. Painted Pebbles does not ship C.O.D., nor can we deliver to P.O. boxes.
Our shipping rates are computed using the approximate weight and size of your order. Shipping charges shown are based on the value of your order and include not only postage, but also packaging, handling, and insurance. Minimum shipping amounts are provided for estimation purposes. Shipping overages (over $2.50) will be refunded to you.
